- Educators need to clarify their leadership by developing standards, goals, evaluations strategies and constant revisions of the total program.

- Teachers need to develop hands-on experiences for students to find answers to honest questions.

- Education should be a life-long-learning experience so children should be given the tools to be successful in that adventure: reading, writing, communicating, becoming independent learners.
